Justin Unger’s “This Is Freedom” gives goosebumps
Singer/songwriter Justin Unger, who made some amazing music with Ben Kolarcik as one-half of short-lived Christian duo Across the Sky, has released a digital single called THIS IS FREEDOM. Its instrumentation, with the strings and horn section, gave me chills. It’s one of the most added singles this week at US Soft AC/Inspo, so I think it may become a hit.

Super Junior’s BONAMANA is #1 for a third week amidst an onslaught of new songs and a renewed challenge from both Charice’s PYRAMID and Ashmont Hill’s SHOW MY LOVE. Five new songs enter the chart this week, led by the Glee Cast, whose I DREAMED A DREAM, featuring Broadway star Idina Menzel, roars onto the chart at #4. Also returning to the chart after lengthy absences are Phillips, Craig and Dean with GREAT ARE YOU LORD and Natalie Grant, with THE GREATNESS OF YOUR NAME.
Acapella Cover: Bonamana by Super Junior
BONAMANA is my second English acapella cover of the Korean idol group Super Junior; the first was my English cover of their monster hit, SORRY SORRY. I’ve uploaded my Super Junior BONAMANA English translation onto YouTube as well. This one was a lot harder to record, and while the arrangement is still excruciatingly simple, I’m okay with the finished product. What do you think?
