Contemporary Christian vocal trio Selah has released You Amaze Us, the carrier single of their new 2014 release of the same title, out later this year. You Amaze Us debuted at number one on Billboard’s Christian Soft AC/Inspo chart a few weeks ago, making Selah the first artist to ever debut at number one on that chart. Deservedly so!
I admit I’ve liked Selah’s music for quite some time – in another lifetime, I wish I were Todd Smith – and have always considered them one of the greatest contemporary Christian vocal acts this side of Avalon. With the release of You Amaze Us, Selah continues its impressive run of worship tracks that are theologically sound, vocally impressive, and beautifully produced.
