Contemporary Christian Byron Chambers, who goes by the name “Mr. Talkbox,” has released Everything Works Together, an uptempo track that recently debuted on Billboard’s Hot Christian Songs chart. Written by Chambers and his wife, Tamara, Everything Works Together is an auto-tuned toe-tapper that incorporates a gospel choir snugly towards the end of the song. A reworked version of Everything Works Together featuring fellow Contemporary Christian artist Beckah Shae is actually the one making the rounds, but sans YouTube video, I’ll be linking to the original. Chambers, who was featured on tobyMac’s CDs Diverse City and Portable Sounds, has also worked with many of Christian music’s luminaries, including Bishop T.D. Jakes and Martha Munizzi, as well as secular artists N’SYNC, Backstreet Boys, Danny Gokey, and Britney Spears. Now Chambers is set to break out into his own, and Everything Works Together is his first step. What do you think? Is this Mr. Talkbox’s ticket to success?
