Contemporary Christian singer-songwriter and praise and worship leader Jamie Slocum has released Just Another Mountain, to Soft AC/Inspo. This is his second radio single since 2009’s Dependence, which topped the Soft AC/Inspo charts for 11 weeks; it was nominated for Inspirational Song of the Year at the 2009 Dove Awards. The Curb Records artist also scored another Soft AC/Inspo hit with Fragile in March 2010.
I first heard of Slocum when he did a duet with Molly Rees titled Different; that song was a terrific single, IMHO, and should have performed better than it did. Just Another Mountain is rising rapidly up the charts; this week, it is one of the most added and most increased in airplay among all songs on Soft AC/Inspo.
