Contemporary Christian band Sanctus Real registers a full month on top of the Billboard’s Christian Songs chart with Lead Me. New to the Top 10 in a relatively large way is The Afters, whose Light Up the Sky wins the veteran band its first Top 10 of the year. New to the Top 50 this week are MercyMe (Beautiful, #42) and Phil Wickham (In My Love, #48). Easily the Greatest Gainer this week is Brandon Heath’s Your Love, which rockets up the chart 34-18 this week. What did I tell you? Heath’s gonna be HOT. Wickham’s gonna be HOT. I’d promote MercyMe, but c’mon, do they really need the additional props? They’ll go to #1 whether I talk about ’em or not. LOL Okay, I’ll feature Beautiful next week.
