Contemporary Christian superstar Mandisa is back! Overcomer, the carrier single of her new album coming out late August, has been released to Christian radio, and Overcomer is exploding in a big way! Mandisa’s Overcomer earns Greatest Gainer honors this week on Billboard’s Christian Songs chart, and is also the most increased and most added song on Christian AC according to Christian radio. With Overcomer‘s lyrics being extremely encouraging, and a catchy chorus, I think we can all safely assume Mandisa’s Overcomer will be her third number one hit on Billboard’s Christian Songs chart. GO MANDISA!
The incredible video for Overcomer was recently released, and features cancer survivor and television host Robin Roberts; fellow cancer survivor and Olympic gold medalist Scott Hamilton; US congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, who was shot in the head in 2011 but has since made a remarkable recovery; and Biggest Loser runner-up Hannah Curlee.
