Downhere, “Let Me Rediscover You”

Juno Award-winning and Dove Award-nominated Canadian Christian rock band downhere is releasing, via Centricity Records, a new album, On the Altar of Love, on August 23 in the United States and Canada. Beginning May 24, however, On the Altar of Love will be available for download from the band’s official website at www.downhere.com, as well as iTunes. The carrier single, Let Me Rediscover You, gave me chills the first time I heard it (at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, coincidentally). Soaring vocals and beautiful lyrics belie the humble spirit in which the song was obviously written. I love the string work, I love the bridge, and I love the way Let Me Rediscover You ushers a person into an atititude of worship. Absolutely lovely; this song will definitely enter my personal charts this week, and I hope that all of you give Let Me Rediscover You a listen because it is a truly glorious expression of praise.
