American idol Season Six winner Jordin Sparks has released her debut single. A midtempo track called Tattoo, this is a radio-friendly ditty that can only serve to raise Jordan Sparks’ star higher and higher. While comparisons to Beyonce’s Irreplaceable have been raised, Sparks has deflected criticism with much aplomb, choosing instead to focus on promoting the album and living up to the pressure that comes with being American Idol.

Jordin never fails to amaze me! Had the pleasure of voting for her a zillion times during the show (loved her since her first audition!)-got to see her and her fellow idols in concert in Los Angeles (amazing, amazing!)-even got to meet her at the meet and greet afterwards, what a thrill! Jordin is a class act and I believe that there is nothing that she can’t do in this life, especially with that extraordinary voice, pure heart, and true spririt to do something she loves! This song “Tattoo” captures just one element of her great talent and it is great! I foresee wonderful success for her, on this debut album and a lifetime of success for her future endeavors!
