This was for our Build With Us project to raise funds for the church. Ten years later, we’re in Canberra and he volunteers for Kids Church. As people invested in helping us raise him well, he’s giving back in spades. I’m so grateful for that.
Another worthy cause that you may be interested in is Real LIFE, a Philippine non-governmental organization that sends poor but deserving students to school. More than just a scholarship program, though, Real LIFE helps build students character by providing them peer support in LIFE Groups that help them through their educational and ultimately leadership journey.
