Much to my surprise, Hillsong United’s Oceans (Where Feet May Fail) will have to wait at least a week to score its 51st week at No.1 on its 86th week on the chart. Who dared knock the Australian praise and worship act off the top pedestal? The Voice‘s Meghan Linsey, that’s who. The country singer’s breathtaking performance of the gospel hymn Amazing Grace was sufficient enough to dethrone the erstwhile champs, and Linsey becomes only the fourth artist since December 2013 to score a No.1 hit (after Mandisa, UNITED, and Carrie Underwood).
