Contemporary Christian singer Mandisa makes it five weeks in a row now atop the Billboard Christian Songs chart with Overcomer. With significant increases in airplay, it doesn’t look like Overcomer will be challenged anytime soon, although Big Daddy Weave’s The Only Name (Yours Will Be), which continues to move impressively, 8-5 after a 16-8 jump last week, appears to be the most likely contender.
According to Idol Worship, Overcomer has now spent 13 weeks atop the Christian Digital Songs survey on Billboard. One more week and it will tie the 2013-best 14-week run of Britt Nicole’s Gold. I love both songs!
