Contemporary Christian rock band Audio Adrenaline has reunited after its dissolution in 2006 with a new lead vocalist: former dcTalk singer Kevin Max! Former lead vocalist Mark Stuart’s vocal issues forced the band to break up in 2006, but with Max safely at the helm, we can trust that the revived Audio Adrenaline is set to rock stadiums across America with the message of the gospel. Max is the second dcTalk member to front a popular Christian rock band, following Michael Tait, who now fronts Newsboys. Stuart will continue with Audio Adrenaline as songwriter and producer.
Newly signed to Fair Trade Services, the band’s first single to Christian rock radio is Kings and Queens, a pretty straight-up rocker along the lines of what Audio A has always produced, but this time with the power vocals of Kevin Max at the helm. The song stands to benefit Hands and Feet, a Haiti initiative headed up by Stuart. The band has also partnered with Know Hope Foundation, another non-profit; when people buy the new Audio A record, they pretty much support orphans. LOVE IT.
