New Contemporary Christian artist Britt Nicole has released her debut single, You, off Sparrow Records. Now rushing up all Christian charts, including Hot Christian Songs (top 10 now), Radio & Records Christian CHR National Airplay (Top 10), and R&R Christian AC Airplay (Top 15).
When Britt wrote You, she had about 75 songs finished, but no song that was serving as a first single. She was concerned about what to put out first, because she knew people would label her by what they heard. You was that high-energy song with a message. Producer Tedd T (All by Avalon) helped her with the lyrics and chorus, and Cindy Morgan, an acclaimed Christian songwriter in her own right, helped them finish it. You is a song about returning to one’s first love – God.
Britt Nicole’s debut album, Say It, documents a teen’s struggles, fears, and mistakes, and reminds people to turn to Jesus at day’s end. Honest and real, this album is hoped to bring healing, hope, and an answers to young people who are searching for truth.
