Contemporary Christian singer/songwriter Josh Wilson first appeared on my radar screen with Savior Please, a moving track from his major label debut, Trying to Fit the Ocean in a Cup, that peaked at #7 on the Billboard Hot Christian Songs chart. A little less than two years later, his sophomore CD, Life is Not a Snapshot, has birthed Before the Morning, a slow burn that has risen up the charts and is now in the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot Christian Songs chart.
Super Junior holds onto #1 for a second week with its blockbuster hit, BONAMANA. Hot on the group’s heels, though, is Filipina singer Charice, whose PYRAMID threatens the boys’ hold at #1.

Charice, the Filipina singer who is making waves in the United States, thanks to her magnificent voice and a little help from industry giants David Foster and Oprah Winfrey, debuted at #8 this week on the Billboard 200, with 43,000 copies of her self-titled debut. The gem of this CD is a little track called RESET, which you HAVE to hear.
As of May 15, 2010, these are my ten favorite songs. As predicted, Super Junior’s new single, Bonamana, has been released to the public, and what a single it is! The boys of Super Junior have a bona fide hit in their hands, and international buzz – at least on Twitter – shows that Super Junior has nothing to worry about for the next few weeks. The album has sold over 200,000 copies in the first week, unprecedented numbers as far as K-Pop is concerned, and it looks like I’ve been bitten by the bug as well.
