Pentatonix, “Little Drummer Boy”

Acapella supergroup Pentatonix has scored some remarkable chart ink with the release of its new video, Little Drummer Boy. The video, which has now scored more than 20,000,000 views, helped boost the sales of the track from the group’s Christmas release, PTXmas (Deluxe Edition) to more than 51,000 over the weekend. That, plus the points that the video received through Streaming Songs – it was the most streamed Christmas video on YouTube last week, and second overall to Miley Cyrus’ Wrecking Ball – resulted in a #1 debut on the seasonal Holiday 100 chart and a huge #13 debut on the Billboard Hot 100.
