Billboard Top Christian Songs – October 20, 2012

Normally, a song that lasts 15 weeks at number one would be the hit single of the year, but most likely not this year. Building 429’s Where I Belong may have topped the Billboard Christian Songs chart for 15 weeks, but it will most likely not be the number one song for the year. That honor will most likely go to Matt Redman’s 10000 Reasons (Bless the Lord), which earns a 12th non-consecutive week at number one. Meanwhile, August Rain’s Show Me Your Light is the Hotshot Debut at number 42; Greatest Gainer is Newsboys’ Your Love Never Fails, up 26-19 this week.
