4Minute, “Volume Up”
Korean girl group 4Minute has come back with Volume Up, its first original release since Mirror Mirror several months back. Volume Up offers a very unique take on K-Pop, thanks to its saxophone-laced instrumentation and a really catchy chorus. Add to that the vampire-inspired video – US$130,000+ to produce, so I’ve read – and you’ve got yourself a pretty high standard to set yourselves up against. Hyuna and the rest of 4Minute have certainly made quite the impression with this new release.
