Marie Miller, “Make the Most of Me”

Marie Miller, “Make the Most of Me”

New Contemporary Christian singer-songwriter Marie Miller released You Make The Most Of Me to Christian AC in September 2011, but apparently the song has been a slow burn… until now. You Make The Most Of Me is one of the Top 10 Taking Off on Radio and Records’ Christian AC chart, which is good, because You Make The Most Of Me is an earnest, honest, straightforward song that can speak directly to people in a particularly dark season. Of course, Christian AC programmers will need to be more open to the possibilities – and Curb Records is going to have to step up, aside from that lovely video – so that the message of this talented young artist can be heard by more Christians around the world.

MAKE THE MOST OF ME Lyrics
Marie Miller

On my own, I’m afraid to step out on the sea
All alone, no mountain will move for me
But You breathe Your life into my soul
You take away the impossible

I can feel Your mystery moving in my hands and feet
Leading me through disbelief, finding strength when I feel weak
You make the most of me
You make the most of me

With You here, I see sight return to the blind
When You’re near, I can watch the dead come to life
You shine Your light into our souls
You make all things possible

I can feel Your mystery moving in my hands and feet
Leading me through disbelief, finding strength when I feel weak
You make the most of me
You make the most of me

When I don’t have the words, You will be my voice
When I don’t understand, I will still rejoice
You make the most of me
You make the most of me

You make the most of me
You make the most of me

I can feel Your mystery moving in my hands and feet
Leading me through disbelief, finding strength when I feel weak
You make the most of me
You make the most of me
You make the most of me
You make the most of me
