Contemporary Christian pop group Anthem Lights has released I Wanna Know You Like That, a high-energy Christian radio single that is one of the ten fastest moving tracks at Christian AC radio this week. Lifted off its self-titled Reunion Records debut CD out in May 2011, I Wanna Know You Like That‘s driving guitars, infectious chorus, and heartfelt delivery will easily resonate with teens and young adults throughout the United States. Anthem Lights’ Alan Powell, Chad Graham, Caleb Grimm, and Kyle Kupecky, certainly have entered the industry guns blazing: production from The Write Brothers, who’ve produced material for artists like the Newsboys, and Rob Hawkins, who’s done work for Fireflight and Chasen, ensures we’ll probably get a noteworthy album with deliciously irresistible pop-rock sensibilities. (We’ll find out in May, won’t we?) Kupecky says in the band’s bio that “music, entertainment, and Jesus are the reasons why the band does what it does.” With I Wanna Know You Like That, it looks like they’re headed in the right direction.
