In a nutshell: Mariah Carey’s remix of H.A.T.E.U. sampling Ghost Town DJ’s My Boo is HOT.
Mariah Carey has released a remix for H.A.T.E.U., a track off her latest CD, Memoirs of An Imperfect Angel. What’s so fun about this particular remix is that it samples – or rather, Mariah sings her own version of – My Boo by the Ghost Town DJs. The H.A.T.E.U. My Boo Remix also features Outkast’s Big Boi, as well as fellow rappers OJ Da Juiceman and Gucci Mane. I haven’t been this excited for a Mariah track since I’ll Be Loving You Long-Time, which, as you probably realize because you’ve never heard of it, was a flop.
What do you think of Mariah’s H.A.T.E.U. My Boo Remix?

Not a Mariah Carey die-hard, but yeah, I do enjoy some of her songs.
Doesn’t H.A.T.E.U. mean “Having a Total Emotional Upset”? Why is the remix suddenly all positive? I like the My Boo inserts, whatever they’re technically called in music. Nostalgic.
