While it's a pity that they're in a situation in which they find it so hard to earn a living that they have to go to the streets, they're also posing a very real danger to motorists and to themselves. Also, they can cause the drivers undue stress, which you don't need in the kind of traffic that we have. I don't know though how we should go about getting them off the streets. Like many problems in this country, it's so complicated. And the fellas we have in the government are prone to long spells of idiocy than sparks of brilliance. They are particularly irksome, in my opinion.
