Nice birthday present

Got more than 1,000 hits yesterday from people looking for Jennifer Hudson’s Oscar speech. Glad to be of service, guys. Hope you’ll stick around.

After the slipups of the birthday weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday all had high carb meals for me), I’m back on South Beach. I don’t know how much weight I’ve lost, but I know I’m looking forward to a life of health and happiness. So cheers!
