This morning, after listening to Katharine McPhee’s goshawful new single Open Toes, Cathy pointed out to me that Kellie Pickler’s hot new single, Red High Heels, a song that’s actually doing well on the charts, is also a song about shoes.

Well, during Season 5, the girls made sure they put on great shoes, even though they weren’t wearing great outfits. The shoes made their attire work. I guess it’s an ode to that? Hehe.
I like Kellie’s song. Can’t say the same for Katherine’s, though.
